Judge E. Leigh Hood today sentenced Acuna to 120 months in the Kansas Department of Corrections. The crimes occurred in Ford and Meade counties between August and November 2016.

The case was investigated by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, the Ford County Sheriff’s Office and the Meade County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant Attorneys General Jason Oxford and Will Manly of Schmidt’s office prosecuted the case.
