City of Liberal to Replace Waterline

The City of Liberal will be replacing the waterline and moving the meters into the easement on the Country Club Golf Course behind Lilac Drive. The City will be doing the tie-ins at 120, 210, 310, and 410 Lilac Drive. The City will go door to door to notify residents as to exactly when the water will be shut off. The project is expected to take 1-2 months, weather permiting. The City will also be digging the yards in the project area.
