City of Liberal and Seward County Offices Closed for New Year Holiday

All City of Liberal and Seward County Offices will be closed on Tuesday January 1st, in observance of the New Year Holiday. Business will resume at it’s normal times on Wednesday January the 2nd. Have a Happy and Safe New Year!
