Ceramics Workshop Coming To The Baker Arts Center

The potters wheels will be spinning once again at the Baker Arts Center for adults to
experience the art of throwing on the wheel. Slab building, pinch pot, and coil
techniques will also be used to round out the clay making experience. Surface
decoration and textures as well as glazing will finish off the artwork. Class will meet
Friday, August 28th from 6:30 to 9:30 pm and Saturday, August 29th from 10:00 am to
4:00 pm with glazing on Friday, September 18th from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. The cost is
$35.00 for members and $45.00 for nonmembers. Call 624-2810 to enroll. The Baker
Arts Center is located at 624 N. Pershing in Liberal.
