Cam Slatten is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week

Liberal senior long distance runner Cam Slatten is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week.  Slatten won the mile and the two mile at the Campus Invitational last week in Haysville.  She ran the two mile in 12:05.72 and the mile in 5:35.01.  She also won both races at the 5 State Relays.  She was sixth at the state cross country meet last fall.  Cam was a Red Line Dancer and a member of National Honor Society.  She will run at Wichita State next year.  LHS competes at Hutchinson Friday.
