Buffaloed in Overtime

It took the top team in the Western Athletic Conference overtime to beat Liberal 2-1 Tuesday evening at Redskin Field. The Buffaloes (9-4-2 and 6-1-1 in WAC) scored a goal in overtime for the win. Katie Burnett scored Liberal’s goal in the second half to tie the game at 1-1. Liberal is 4-11 overall and 1-6 in the WAC with their final home game against Dodge City Thursday at about 5:45.
