Bucklin Votes To Allow Sunday Sales

KSCB News - February 15, 2012 8:39 am

Voters in the town of Bucklin have approved the sale of alcohol on Sundays. The measure passed by a 118-49 vote in a special election held on Tuesday.

Bucklin does not currently have a liquor store. However, they did have a liquor store and two convenience stores back when city leaders began considering Sunday alcohol sales.

Bucklin Mayor Mike Fisher says two of the businesses may reopen now that the measure has passed.
