Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...Pawnee, Ford and Edwards Counties. * WHEN...From 3 PM Monday to 6 AM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The combination of accumulating snow and intense north winds will produce widespread blowing and drifting snow.
