Area Veterans Gather at VFW

The VFW post in Liberal will again host a bean feed for veterans on Veterans Day. The meal will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 3166 2nd Street Road. They will serve pinto beans, stew, chili, chicken dumplings, beef and noodles, corn bread, side dishes, tea, and coffee. A slice of pie or cake for one dollar will also be available. Everyone is invited to come eat with the veterans.
