Liberal senior forward Angel Munoz is this week’s winner of the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week. Munoz scored a hat trick in Liberal’s 12-0 win over Thomas Moore Prep Tuesday evening. Munoz has scored seven goals in his senior season. He and the 3-5 Redskins play at Hays on Thursday.
