A fatality accident occurred Tuesday morning at approximately 7:55 am in Beaver County .8 miles north of Highway 64.

A vehicle being driven by Rafael Saldana, 36, of Liberal was traveling south on NS126 when the vehicle departed the roadway. Saldana overcorrected left, re-entering the roadway and turned approximately 180 degrees and departed the roadway left. The vehicle rolled 2 times before coming to rest on its wheels facing north. Saldana was ejected and found unresponsive and later pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 8:14 am. Next of kin was notified.
