The MS Cross Country Meet
scheduled for Tuesday in Garden City has been cancelled.

 

8TH A Team from Coach Knott –

Apache 8th volleyball ventured to Great Bend for a triangle league. A team
opened against Hays and fell 7-25,4- 25.then battled Great Bend but came up
short 7-25,8-25. The Apaches will play Tuesday at home vs Southwestern
Heights

8th B Team from Coach Swanson –
Hays 11-25, 25-15, 8-15 L
Great Bend 23-25, 11-25 L
Record: 8-4

Against Hays, Jazlyn Alaniz had 10 consistent serves in the second set
giving us a strong lead, followed up by Kylee Hammel with 8 serves leading
us to the win of the set.

Against Great Bend, Coraima Chavira had 6 consistent serves that brought us
close in the first set. In the second set Karime Neave played the net well
with multiple tips, blocks, and hits.
