The Liberal Bee Jays are 2-0. Liberal defeated the visiting Oklahoma City Indians 13-2 Saturday night at Brent Gould Field. The Bee Jays led 2-0 after two and 3-0 after three. Liberal led 7-1 after six. Tom Lichty has three hits and Jake Hamilton pitched three innings with five strikeouts. Home town product Cole Evans pitched two scoreless innings in the start. Liberal is 2-0 and plays the Indians Sunday night at 7 at Brent Gould Field. Sand Creek Pipeline is the buyout sponsor.
