Brent Williams Named BJ Player of the Year

Bee Jay catcher Brent Williams is the team’s player of the year. Williams received the award at Billy’s/Ayr Lanes Monday night. The catcher from Seward County is batting .366 with a team leading six home runs and 36 RBI’s. He has nine doubles and one triple. The Colorado Springs native played two years at Seward County and last year played in the NBC World Series on the JUCO All State Team. Williams signed at Oral Roberts University. He and the Bee Jays face the Wichita Sluggers Friday night at 10 on 1270 and kscbnews.net.
