Liberal Blanks Mulvane in North Cup

Liberal’s girls soccer team beat Mulvane 4-0 Tuesday evening at the Wichita North Cup tournament. Carolina Limon and Jasmine Chacon each scored a goal in the first half and second half. LHS had 14 shots on goal. Magali Vazquez had four saves. Liberal plays Garden City Thursday as part of the Wichita North Cup. Due to travel, the two teams will play in Garden City instead of going all the way back to Wichita. The game will be Thursday at 5. LHS is 5-6.
