KSCB News - July 20, 2011 6:51 am

In less than one month, the Guymon Tigers have their new head football coach. Bryan Ballard takes the position less than one month after Joe Litsch left for an assistant coaching job at Midwest City. The 40-year-old Ballard has been coaching for 17 years. He has been at Hirschi High School in Wichita Falls, Texas as an assistant for two years and offensive coordinator for three years. Ballard will bring a spread to the Guymon offense which ran triple option the past two years. Ballard says he will keep the 3-4 defense intact. The rest of the Guymon coaching staff remains intact.
