The Liberal City Commission met Tuesday evening and first heard a presentation regarding Enterprise Fleet vehicles, and approved a conditional use permit for 302 S. Clay to include mixed use of Residential and Commercial.

The Commission also approved the Annexation of the Oxy properties.

Commissioners approved Resolution No. 2459 will serve as official notice to the Seward County Clerk of City’s intention to exceed the Revenue Neutral Rate.

Next the Commission approved the 2026 City of Liberal Security Awareness Training Program and the purchase of School Zone Flashers.
