The Fort Collins Foxes wrapped up a two game sweep over the Liberal Bee Jays Friday night at Brent Gould Field in Liberal.  The Foxes scored seven in the fifth on the way to the 10-4 win over Liberal.

The Foxes scored seven in the fifth to lead 7-1.  They added a sixth inning run to lead 8-1.  Liberal scored three in the sixth to make it 8-4.  The Foxes scratched home single runs in the eighth and ninth.

Liberal out-hit the Foxes 6-4.  The B.J.’s had two errors and Ft. Collins had one.  B.J. pitching struck out 15 but walked 10.  The Foxes struck out 10 and walked five.  Drew Gartman and Trenton Uyeda had two hits a piece in the loss.

Fort Collins improves to 14-5 overall and 5-4 in the Rocky Mountain.  Liberal is 10-5 overall and 8-4 in the Rocky Mountain.  Liberal plays at Double Angel Park in Parker, Colorado Saturday night at 7pm central time.
