412 Fire Update as of 9:30am Sunday

Oklahoma Forestry Service:

A very active wildfire day yesterday with numerous large fire occurring as well as a significant fire – the 412 Fire in Beaver County. The 412 Fire is currently 10% contained and is estimated to be 13,000 acres. Resources remained overnight and will be working in unified command with numerous fire departments and agency personnel on this fire throughout the day.

Rain chances do enter the southwestern part of the state this afternoon and gradually move east through the state, but going fires from yesterday will remain active. Citizens are URGED to postpone or delay any outdoor activity until conditions improve. Read the full fire situation report at http://www.forestry.ok.gov/situation-reports
