Police Attempting To Locate Man Who Threatened To Kill Officers

The Garden City Police Department is attempting to locate Ruben Fernandez.

He has a probation violation warrant and has escaped from the Kansas Juvenile Justice Authority in Kansas City.

Fernandez is reported to be back in Garden City and has made threats to kill local law enforcement officers.

Fernandez may be armed and should be considered dangerous.
