Meade Girls Drop Third Place Game

Washington County rallied past the Meade girls 61-58 Saturday afternoon in the third place game of the 2A State Basketball Tournament at Manhattan. Meade led after three quarters but had 27 turnovers as the lead slipped away. Bailey Olvera had 16 points and Jaylin Stapleton scored 10. Meade finishes 20-6.
