In Depth Study To Be Done On Boothill Museum

KSCB News - March 3, 2010 12:00 am

With the new casino getting so much attention, Dodge City wants the area to remember it’s other attraction sharing the Boot Hill name. Boot Hill Museum will receive $100,000 over the next two years to develop a long-term plan for the museum’s operations.

The money will come from the Why Not Dodge? fund, which is generated by sales tax dollars and dedicated to helping local tourism attractions. The money will provide an in-depth study and examine every aspect of the museum.
