Hays Softball Handles Liberal

The Hays softball team swept Liberal 10-0 and 16-1 at Hays Thursday. Game one was a 5-0 game until the sixth when the Indians plated five. Liberal had just two hits. In game two, Emily Jackson tripled home Emily Bayouth to score first. However, Hays ended the game early with a run rule in four innings. Liberal falls to 2-8 overall and 0-4 in the WAC. Liberal plays at Pratt today.
