Garden City Police Looking For Rape Suspect

The Garden City Police Department is looking for 57-year-old Elias Talavera.

Talavera is wanted for rape, three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and attempted aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

Police say Talavera may have fled Garden City after learning of the investigation.

He was last known to be driving a gray 1997 Chevy pickup with a camper shell. The license plate is PSI 754.

Talavera is 5 feet 10 inches tall, 170 pounds with brown eyes.
