Folk Arts Festival this Weekend at the Seward County Activity Center

Joe Denoyer - December 4, 2019 1:12 pm

This year marks the 51st Anniversary of the Folk Arts Festival sponsored by S.P.B.H. There will be over 100 assorted craftsman showcasing their goods from 7 states. The Folk Art Festival will take place at the Seward County Activity Center from 9:30am to 5:30pm Saturday and 12:00 noon to 5:0pm on Sunday. There will be drawings held throughout the event. You will get a free drawing ticket for coming to the Festival, another one by donating a non-perishable food item, and another one with every purchase made at the Folk Art Festival. There will also be opportunities to help Stepping Stone Shelter, Angels For Animals and several other not for profit organizations. Pictures with Santa and or Family portraits will be available. Breakfast, lunch and snacks can be purchased from Patty Wilkens Catering through the kitchen.

The event is free to the public. For more information, call Ada Linebroker at 620-629-0497.
