USD 480 Board to Consider the Purchase of Sanitizing Wipes

The USD 480 Board will meet Monday evening in the LHS Auditorium at 6:30. Board Policies up for discussion include the District’s Alcohol, Drugs and Tobacco and their Vacation.

Also USD 480 has been struggling to keep sanitizing wipes in stock throughout the pandemic. They are in extremely high demand and short supply. On September 18th USD 480 was contacted by their supplier that they had received a large shipment and the District was being offered one of the first opportunities to purchase. In an effort to keep the district supplied through COVID 19 and the increased sanitizing needs and practices, Administration issued a PO for 500 cases of wipes (660,000 wipes total) on the 18th to ensure that we were able to receive them. The Board will consider the approval of the Purchase Order.
