The USD 480 Board of Education met in a Special Meeting on Wednesday at 12:00 noon and after Executive Sessions, accepted the resignation of Andrew Clay, effective at the end
of the August 31, 2023 school day. The Board then approved to waive liquidated damages for the resignation of Andrew Clay. The meeting was adjourned at 12:40 pm.
