USD 480 Announces Teachers of the Year

USD 480 is pleased to announce the 2019 Teachers of the Year.  Of the 47 teachers nominated, a distinguished panel of fellow teachers, community me mbers, parents, and administrators selected individual building winners.  Winners are:

Liberal High School – Miriam Climenhaga

Eisenhower Middle School – James Babinee

MacArthur Elementary – Bethany Stoney

Prairie View Elementary – Elizabeth Morgan

Cottonwood Elementary – Bristol Bale

Sunflower Elementary – Corrie Garcia

Bright Start – Holly McCarter

Elementary Teacher of the Year/Meadowlark Elementary – Stephanie Drymalski

Secondary Teacher of the Year/Seymour Rogers Middle School – Macayla Rome

The district elementary and secondary winners are eligible to compete in the 2020 Kansas Teacher of the Year program.
