Two Redskin Wrestlers Qualify for State

After a sixth place finish at state last year, the LHS wrestling team sends two to state this year. Justin McPhail and Carlos Rodriguez both qualify for state. The 189 pound sophomore McPhail placed second after a 1-0 loss in the finals at Bishop Carroll in Wichita Saturday. The 160 pound senior Rodriquez took third after a 7-3 win in the consolation finals. State is Friday and Saturday at the new Intrust Bank Arena in Wichita.
