Three Saints Baseball Players Make Decision

Seward’s Bobby Doran made his next college choice Tuesday night. The 6’6″ righty from Flower Mound, Texas picked Texas Tech. He informed the Tech staff Wednesday morning. Doran went 10-3 with a 2.58 ERA, 81 strikeouts, and 24 walks for the Saints. Travis Parker picked St. Louis University. The Saints all time single season saves leader had 12 this year to go with a 2-2 record and 1.85 ERA. He struck out 26 and walked five. The corner infielder from Lincoln, Nebraska also .371 with nine homers and 54 RBI’s. SCCC shortstop David Cruz signed at national champion Lubbock Christian. Former Saints Tanner Rindels and Bo Merrell helped them win the championship this year. Cruz hit .321 with two homers and 23 RBI’s. The native of Venezuela also made some the most eye popping plays at shortstop by a Saint.
