SWMC to Offer Testing for Cheap Rate at Health Fair

KSCB News - October 8, 2009 12:00 am

Southwest Medical Center Public Relations Director Nancy Kletecka released a statement on Thursday that relates to the upcoming Health Fair.

“Due to circumstances beyond our control, seasonal influenza shots will not be available for participants of the Fall Into Health Fair, October 17, 2009. Because of this, however, the Health Fair Commitee has decided to reduce the cost of the rest of testing to just $35. The normal cost of the lab work, urinalysis, bone density testing and other services offered at the fair would be anywhere from $700 to $900 per individual.”
