Semi Rollover Injures Hugoton Man

A one vehicle rollover accident occurred Tuesday morning and injured a Hugoton man. The accident happened at approximately 8:05 am at K51 and county road B, 15 miles east of Hugoton. A 1988 Peterbuilt semi being driven by Robert Elliott, 23, of Hugoton was south bound on county road B when he went off the right side of the road attempted to maneuver the semi back onto road and overturned into the west ditch. Elliott who was not wearing a seatbelt, was taken to Southwest Medical center to be treated for his injuries.
