School Board to hold special meeting Thursday at Central Office

The USD 480 Board of Education will have a special meeting Thursday at Central Office at Noon.

The meeting will be held to make a decision on what the board will do since the capital outlay was frozen due to the certification of a petition on Tuesday that currently voids the capital outlay for the school district.

The board now must decide rather to either hold a special election, adopt a new capital outlay resolution, or keep the capital outlay frozen until next year and try again.

The meeting will be open to the public, but will not air on Windjammer Communication Channel 16.
