Scam Alert From Southern Pioneer Electric

The scammers are back at it. Southern Pioneer consumers have received phone calls from someone claiming to be from the electric company. The scammer asked the consumer when they paid their last bill then tried to l ure them into providing payment information over the phone.

Please call Southern Pioneer Electric at 620-624-7433 in Liberal or 620-886-5100 in Medicine Lodge if you receive a suspicious phone call; never give out any personal or financial information over the phone.
