Satanta Residents Arrested In Wal-Mart Thefts

Two Satanta residents were arrested Tuesday afternoon on felony theft allegations following a series of incidents at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave.
Justin Galbraith, 25, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on allegations of two counts of felony theft and one count of felony theft by deception. Maggie Fairchild, 20, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on allegations of two counts of felony theft and one misdemeanor count of theft.
According to Garden City police, between Sunday and Tuesday Galbraith and Fairchild entered Walmart on several occasions and allegedly stole miscellaneous merchandise totaling about $1,500. Police allege they removed theft detection devices and left the store without paying for items that included groceries, home care items, and DVDs.
Fairchild and Galbraith were both arrested at the Law Enforcement Center and remain in custody at the Finney County Jail on a $10,000 and $8,000 bond, respectively
