Saints Sweep Colby

Seward remains undefeated in Jayhawk West volleyball. The 11th ranked Saints thumped Colby (25-16, 25-11, 25-19). Seward is 15-4 overall and 4-0 in the Jayhawk West.

Tuesday was a fruitful day for the Saints who learned earlier in the day freshman middle hitter Sheina Fernandes is the Region 6 Player of the Week. She hit .341 during a week which saw Seward play four ranked opponents. The Porto Alegre, Brazil freshman hit .700 in a match against Pratt last week.

The Saints host Barton Saturday at 2:00 pm and Clarendon Saturday at 6:00 pm.
