Saints Sign Multi Sport Athlete

The decision for Wichita South’s Marky Nolan not only included which school but which sport. The 6’1″ guard who was also recruited to play football at defending national champ Butler, signed an NJCAA letter of intent to play basketball at Seward. Nolen was a second team all Wichita City League player last last winter for the Titans. He joins combo guard Adonte McCarter from Greenville, North Carolina; guard Kevin Livingston of Liberal; guard Isiah Thaw of Newton; and guard Spencer Moore of Topeka Highland Park. Liberal’s Chris Chaney will join the team after transferring from Garden City. They will join guards Robert Sigala, Marquez Patterson, and Tony Smith with forwards Marcus James, Jon Tassin, and Latiq Agard. The Saints were 23-9 last year and 9-7 in the Jayhawk West.
