Rollover Crash Kills Western Kansas Man

Troopers say a man died late Saturday night following a rollover accident in western Kansas.

It happened just before 10:30 p.m. on K-96 near Tribune. That’s in Greeley County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says a Chevy pickup left the roadway and overturned, coming to rest on its top. The driver, Andrew Depperschmidt, 51, of Leoti, died at the scene. Reports state he was not wearing a seatbelt.

The crash remains under investigation.
