The latest statistics released by the KDHE, Seward County Health Department, and surrounding Counties for Thursday May 14 show Seward County has had 754 individuals test results have come back positive for Coronavirus. 398 individuals have recovered from COVID 19. Seward County has 1 death

Around the area, Stevens County has 26 positive cases Haskell County 15 positive cases, Morton County has 4 positive cases , Grant County has 14 positive cases, Meade County has 23 positive cases , Ford County has 1,232 positive cases, Stanton County has 8 positive cases, and Finney County has 1175 positive cases. Beaver County has 19 positive cases while Texas County has 541 positive tests.

Hospitalizations due to COVID-19

Seward County – 19 hospitalized
Ford County – 14 hospitalized
Finney County – 11 hospitalized
Stevens County – 2 hospitalized
Stanton County – 1 hospitalized
Some of the individuals have been discharged from the hospital.
