OSBI Arrests Turpin Man Regarding Lewd and Sexually Explicit Messages Sent to a Minor

On February 27, 2024, the Beaver Police Department requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation assistance regarding lewd and sexually explicit messages sent to a minor.
During the investigation, it was learned the child received these messages from 54-year-old Timothy Loomis from Turpin, Oklahoma. On March 27, OSBI special agents located and arrested Loomis on four counts of Solicitation of a Minor. He was booked into the Beaver County Jail.
The OSBI would like to thank the Beaver Police Department for assisting us with this arrest and working to protect the children of Oklahoma.
