Oklahoma Declares State Of Emergency For Winter Storm

Schools across Oklahoma and state government offices are closed as a powerful storm with snow and freezing rain moved into the state.

Several flights were also canceled Thursday at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City and at Tulsa
