New Year Rings in Southwest Medical Center’s First Baby of 2011

He’s a part of history and he doesn’t even know it. Samuel Arratia is Southwest Medical Center’s first baby of 2011. He was born at 4:02 p.m. Saturday at the hospital. He is the son of Armando and Dios Arratia of Liberal. He was seven pounds and 15 ounzes and 20 inches long. KSCB and the Legend presented a gift to the family at Southwest Medical Center this weekend.
