Led the Trojans to a 23-0 season by averaging 18.8 points, 10.2 rebounds and 2.5 steals. Canady shot 56 percent from the floor.

One of the state’s top all-around athletes, Hartman averaged 21.4 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.2 steals per game for the 24-0 Lancers. Also participates in volleyball, softball and track and field.

Emily Ryan, Central Plains (Claflin)

Led a team that broke its own state record for margin of victory (57.4) and points allowed per game (20.2). Ryan was the Kansas 2A Player of the Year as a freshman and first team All-Kansas for all classes as a sophomore.

Averaged 23.9 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.7 steals per game while leading the Cardinals to a 21-3 record. She had six games of 30 points or more, with a high of 34.

Daughter of a coach, Hackerott is one of the few players in the state to average double digits in points (17.9) and rebounds (11.0). She also averaged 3.2 assists and 1.9 steals per game.

Top 100 recruit helped her team to a 17-7 record. Said Georgia Tech coach Nell Fortner of Love: “(Lele) is a tremendous athlete … she has the ability to put the ball on the floor and take you off the bounce.”

The strong inside work of Mullens led yet another undefeated team in Kansas. Mullens averaged 14.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game for the 23-0 Redskins.
