Mark “Oz” Geist to Speak on “13 Hours in Benghazi”

Garden City, KS(westernkansasnews.com) Friday November 10 a hero will speak at Dennis Perryman Gymnasium on the Garden City Community College campus. Mark “Oz” Geist, a marine corps veteran and member of the Annex Security Team that fought in the Battle of Benghazi will speak Friday morning.

Geist is one of the co-authors of the book “13 Hours in Benghazi” and was involved in the making of the movie.

Geist said he will speak to the crowd on Friday about what happened during “13 Hours in Benghazi” and will answer questions from the crowd. The event is free to the public and will begin at 10 a.m.
