Man Rescued From Noose At Boot Hill Museum

Dodge City authorities say an Arkansas man is recovering at a local hospital after getting stuck in a noose at the Boot Hill Museum.

Police were called to the museum just before 1 p.m. on a report that the 69-year-old man was hanging from the ??Boot Hill Hanging Tree ? at the museum. Police say the man put his head into the noose for the purpose of pictures when he apparently lost consciousness and slumped over in in. Two women, who were with the man, were able free him. Emergency responders were able to revive him.

The man is currently in stable condition at Western Plains Regional Medical Center
