Liberal Spikers Take Three in Kingman

The Liberal volleyball team went into unfamiliar territory in Kingman Thursday. Katie Burnett had 30 kills in three wins over Chaparral, Belle Plaine, and Kingman. The Redskins handled Chaparral (25-11, 25-18) after Burnett killed 10 and Destiny Hall added four kills. LHS beat Belle Plaine (25-17, 26-24) with 12 kills from Burnett and eight kills from Ashlyn Westerman. Liberal beat the Kingman Eagles on their home court (25-19, 25-16) after Burnett’s eight kills and Makiah Adams added five kills. Liberal is 16-5 overall and goes to Dodge City Tuesday.
