Liberal Recreation Department to hold Ribbon Cutting on New Center

The City of Liberal and the Liberal Recreation Department invites the public to join them Wednesday March 4th at 9:00am , for the official opening of their new location 950 S. Grant Street. March 4th into a new era with the Liberal Recreation Department. There will be snacks, refreshments, and also a raffle drawing for prizes.
