Liberal City Hall to Close for Training

City Hall in Liberal will be closed on Monday, April 23, 2018 and on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for ALICE (Active Shooter) Training. City Hall will be open both afternoons from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Normal hours will resume on Wednesday.
