LHS Graduation 2021 Information

Liberal High School is looking forward to recognizing the Class of 2021 at the graduation ceremony at Redskin Field on Sunday afternoon, May16, at 2:30 p.m. The gates will open at 1:30 p.m. Seating will be available in both the home and visitor stands. The ceremony will be streamed live on our YouTube channel for those who are unable to attend, as well as in the James Maskus Auditorium for those who would like to watch the ceremony indoors.

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the Liberal High School big gym via Door 15 of the main campus. Because seating in the gym is limited, each graduate will be given four tickets each after graduation practice on Friday that must be used as entrance into the big gym. If the ceremony is moved  to the gym, masks will be required. Other family members and guests who do not have tickets may either watch on the screen in the James Maskus Auditorium or from home via our YouTube channel.

A decision regarding any changes to location or times will be made by 1:00 p.m. on Sunday and will be communicated to parents and community via the school messaging system as well as local and social media outlets. If changes to the time do need to occur, we will start no later than 3:00 p.m. All efforts within our control will be made to conduct the ceremony outside at Redskin Field.
