LHS Esports Qualify for the Spring Playoffs

In a highly competitive field of 800+ participants in the Central Region for Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, Liberal High School’s Angel Roberts Ruiz and Steven “Van” Heinson have qualified for the Platinum Bracket in the Spring Major Playoffs! They begin single elimination playoffs on April 22nd. Angel, 37th seeded, will face off against an opponent from Deer Park High School, Texas. Steven, 55th seeded, will face off against an opponent from Hector J. Garcia Early College High School (Laredo), Texas.
